Job Description
Office-
Communicate and track transactions and expenditures with the bookkeeper
Maintain contact and communication with the CRM manager
Respond to and compose emails and other communications on behalf of the organization and the director
Building
Keep building stocked-from office supplies to cleaning supplies to kitchen supplies.
Manage and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance-daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
Manage service contracts
Program Logistics Coordinator
Buy supplies for programs (can be food or otherwise)
Manage setup
Schedule Cleanup/event staff
Other prep, as needed
Qualifications
Basic computer literacy-familiar with Word and Excel
Basic writing skills
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
