Inevitably the High Holidays catch us emotionally off guard. Selichot, which loosely translates to “excuse me,” gives us the chance to begin the soothing process of self-reflection in preparation for the soul-searching work of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. This pre-Holiday get together, led by Richard Gans at the Yurt in Woodbridge, will start with a musical gathering around the fire pit. Be part of a new and growing spiritual YURT community.
