MINDFUL PLAYGROUND – A Mini Retreat to rejuvenate, expand and explore your best self!
Join Stacey Battat, MA, educator and play professional, and Kim Ruggiero, MA, mindfulness teacher and coach, in welcoming the new season with a new mindset and techniques for:
- Developing YOUR unique practice of noticing the blessings in our lives and creating more of them.
- Finding ways to move energy that is stuck and lighten up your life with more play and laughter!
When: Sunday, September 23rd, 12-3PM – COME early or stay late for full use of spa and JCC facilities with registration
Where: JCC Greater New Haven 360 Amity Road, Woodbridge, CT
Cost: $50 JCC members/$60 community members
