Tower One/Tower East will host a presentation by Eliezer Sobel, author of the book, L'Chaim-Pictures to Evoke Memories of Jewish Life. Losing a loved one to Alzheimer's Disease or dementia is often a tragic, heartbreaking nightmare for the whole family. Eliezer offers a more balanced perspective, based on caring for his mother, who is currently in her 17th year of Alzheimer's. He presents the riches, the joy and laughter, and ultimately the healing that can also be part of the journey through memory-loss.
