Nitsan Joy Gordon, the founder of "Together Beyond Words", a peacebuilding organization that brings Muslim, Jewish, Bedouin, Druse and Christian women together to promote peace and understanding by healing ancient wounds, will be visiting our community to speak about her new book, " Together Beyond Words: Women on a Quest for Peace in the Middle East ". In this program, Nitsan will dive into lessons learned in her work about:

1. The role of unhealed trauma in perpetuating conflict.

2. How we transform pain and legacy burdens into understanding, empathy and a desire to work together for change.

3. What tools can help people from opposite sides of a conflict speak to one another from an open-hearted place.

More information about "Together Beyond Words" can be found at www.beyondwords.org.il.
