Find your spiritual balance through Jewish values. Mussar is the Jewish practice of studying our middot, personality traits, such as humility, patience, and equanimity. Rabbi Immerman will lead us in a taste of Mussar exploring four of our soul traits using a curriculum developed by the Mussar Institute. No previous experience is necessary.
