Join the Jewish Historical Society of Greater New Haven and Shtetl Baby to discuss Jewish material history! Founded in 2021 as an online community, Shtetl Baby Shop celebrates Jewish material history—in and out of the Shtetl. Carefully sourced from around the world, the Shop offers a wide variety of (mostly vintage and some new) books, tchotchkes, ceremonial objects and more. Shtetl Baby believes that objects tell stories and hold meaning and aims to celebrate this beauty with our community every day.

JHSGNH and the Peter C. Hereld House for Jewish Life at Quinnipiac University are thrilled to present the Judaica Project! Please join us for monthly dialogues on Judaica, Jewish art, and what these mean to you. This series is made possible by a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven.
