Friends:   

It is with great sorrow that I share the devastating news that the bodies of the three Israeli students who were kidnapped 18 days ago have been found near Hebron.  It is a heinous, senseless act against "our boys", students who loved Israel, studied Torah and had their entire lives in front of them.

We all mourn with the parents of Naftali Frenkel, Gilad Shaar and Eyal Yifrach and join with the State of Israel in grief and horror following the announcement of their tragic deaths. As Jews, as mothers and fathers, as sisters and brothers, and as human beings, we condemn this senseless murder, and offer our condolences and heartfelt prayers to the families of the three boys.  

May they, and all of us, be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
