A conversation with the artist and author Joel Silverstein, creator of Brighton Beach Bible. No admission fee. Book signing and bagels will be included in the program.

Silverstein is a Brooklyn-born artist who has just published The Brighton Beach Bible, an autobiographical narrative based on the Exodus story. His unique graphic novel style depicts Brighton Beach and Coney Island, the famed recreational New York shoreline from the 1970s to  2010s. 

The talk is part of the annual BEKI Sisterhood Gift Shop Hanukkah book and gift sale, 9 am to 12 noon.
