 "Lessons from Pittsburgh," a presentation by Mark Oppenheimer

Mark will speak about his recent research pertaining to the shooting at the Pittsburgh Tree of Life – Or L’Simcha Congregation.

He is the former Beliefs columnist for the New York Times and the author of The Bar Mitzvah Crasher: Road-Tripping Through Jewish America. He has a PhD in American religion from Yale and lives in New Haven with his wife and five children.

The BEKI Shabbat Schmooze has resumed, though on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm via Zoom. The Schmooze is a presentation accompanied by discussion. The Zoom link is the one used for BEKI Tefilla.
