Please join state legislators and local leaders at the Connecticut Historical Society for an event to support House Bill 7082, which mandates African American history in Connecticut public schools. Come see the exhibit "Black Citizenship in the Age of Jim Crow," which explores the struggle for full citizenship and racial equality that unfolded in the 50 years after the Civil War.
