Join us for a day at Hammonasset Beach State Park​ as we prepare for Shabbat together! Experience play-based outdoor learning & exploration through a Jewish lens as led by local Tinkergarten leaders. Activities will be most enjoyed by ages 18 months to 8 years old. Grandparents are always encouraged to join the fun!

This event is free to attend and anyone in a Connecticut-registered vehicle can park free of charge. Note, there is a $15 non-resident parking fee. Pre-registration is appreciated by Wednesday, August 17.

This event is provided by PJ Library, powered by the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven, and in partnership with Camp Laurelwood, Congregation Beth Shalom Rodfe Zedek,  Temple Beth Tikvah, and Tinkergarten.

Please note that all events offered by the Jewish Federation, Foundation, and JCC of Greater New Haven may include photography. Photos taken at events may be used in our social media, websites, and in print materials to support the objectives of our organizations and to promote future events.  We respect our patrons' privacy.
