Voting While Navigating the COVID Pandemic Join JFACT to learn how Connecticut is preparing to vote this August and November at the same time as we are dealing with COVID-19. Join Secretary of State Denise Merrill to discuss how she is navigating the pandemic while still ensuring that everyone has the right to vote, as well as discuss ongoing attempts to erode voting rights.
