Jewish Pride Cardio Dance: Mom’s Night Out

Celebrate Jewish Joy with an energizing cardio dance workout. This workout is accessible to all. Have two left feet? Not to worry! We will laugh, move, and break a little sweat to inspiring Jewish hits. The class is 30 minutes, followed by kosher snacks, beverages, and a get to know you card game.

Space is limited to 12 women, so signing up in advance is required. Registration is required by Thursday, April 10, 2024.
