House Votes Overwhelmingly for Anti-BDS Legislation

The U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly voted on Tuesday to condemn the movement to boycott, divest and sanction Israel.

The bi-partisan House vote on the non-binding resolution was 398-17. Rep. Rosa DeLauro, who represents Greater New Haven, voted for the resolution. Click here to thank Rep. DeLauro for her support and encourage her to continue to vote for bills that strengthen the unbreakable bond between the U.S. and Israel.

The resolution was backed by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and The Jewish Federations of North America. The Jewish Federation of the Greater New Haven advocated for the passage of the bill.
