In honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Voices of Hope invites the public to attend the Eighth Annual International Holocaust Remembrance Day program honoring local Holocaust survivors on Sunday, Jan. 28, from 12-2 p.m. at the Emanuel Synagogue, 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford.
