JCARR Continues to Help

JCARR’s Work with Refugees

On Jan. 26, we celebrated the first-year anniversary of JCARR’s third refugee family. The family of five came from Syria and they have made great progress in creating a new life here. JCARR celebrates the accomplishments of all of our Syrian families.

JCARR’s Work with Hurricane Survivors

JCARR anticipates sponsoring a new family soon, although the United States has not begun admitting new refugees in 2018. In the meantime, JCARR has been assisting with relief efforts for Puerto Rican families displaced by Hurricane Maria who have sought refuge in New Haven.
