Jewish Community Relations Council

Advocates for Israel, immigration and healthcare reform throughout greater New Haven and the state. Our prominence in the general community gives us access to decision makers and media, and ensures that issues of importance to our community will be addressed. More on JCRC
 

 

Jewish Coalition for Literacy

Reading Partners encourage in children a love of reading, language and stories. There are now 150 JCL volunteer reading tutors at seven local public schools. More on JCL

 

 

Jewish Cemetery Association

Manages eight Jewish cemeteries and a free, searchable database of the locations of thousands of Jewish graves in New Haven County. More on JCA

 

New American Acculturation

Since 1998 the Women of Vision Society, a program of the Jewish Foundation, has distributed more than $110,000 in grants to support speakers for Jewish women’s programming and projects of concern to the Jewish home and family. More on WOV
